2026 Photography Competition
Once again we will be running our photography competition during this year's festivals. The prize is a Paramo Jacket worth £340 kindly sponsored by Paramo and supplied by Kington’s Walking Hub.
For inspiration see 2025 Photography Competition results and 2024 Photography Competition results. Remember that this a walking festival photographic competition and you are likely to do well with images with a walking festival theme!
How to enter
Photos must be submitted electronically to photos@kingtonwalks.org by the following dates:
31st May for the Spring Festival
31st October for the Autumn Festival
- Up to four photographs in total may be submitted
- Any photographs submitted must feature the Festivals and have been taken during the Festivals
- Please submit high quality images and split into separate emails if necessary
- When taking photographs of people please ask if anyone objects if you submit them to the competition. Ideally this should be done at the time of taking the photographs
- Judging will take place during November and winners notified by 30 November 2026. The judges' decision is final and we will not enter into any correspondence on the results
- By submitting images you are licensing Kington Walks to use them in any publicity or on the Kington Walks website
- Kington Walks will not make any financial gain from the photographs and the images will only be used in connection with Kington Walks business
