Description
Bring plenty of water and a packed lunch and snacks. Transport to and from meeting point by own car.
This is a glorious six mile walk on paths, tracks and minor roads, taking in a castle site, old quarries, a neolithic burial site at Arther’s Stone and Merbach Hill all with wonderful views of the River Wye and the Wye Valley. The walk is Grade 2 with one steepish climb at the start, which will be taken slowly, and a couple of stiles.
